Processing Time

 


All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during high demand periods.

 


 

 

Shipping Time

 


Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery speed depends on the shipping carrier and your location.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

 


 

 

Shipping Address Responsibility

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.


We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying any reshipping fees.


We are unable to change shipping information once an order has been placed.

 


 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.


If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 


If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product (including incorrect color or size), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos and order details).


We will review the issue and provide a resolution if the mistake is on our end.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
